I was asked to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, my experience doesn’t warrant one. Dr. Chao’s manner was so brief and dismissive that I felt uncomfortable during the appointment. He conducted only a minimal examination and came across as curt without any clear reason. Additionally, being required to fill out a medical intake form that asked about interest in aesthetic procedures made the place feel more like a sales-driven clinic than a patient-focused medical practice. I was referred to Dr Danny Chao by my family doctor and the experience is great. Dr Chao patiently listened to my concerns regarding the scars on my face and providing options and clearly explaining what the differences are. Dr Chao is kind and genuinely cares for his patients.
