I waited months for this appointment because I have been experiencing severe hair shedding, which has been causing me significant stress and anxiety. Dr Chao was attentive, helpful, and thorough with our intake appointment, and addressed all my concerns. Unfortunately we realized that I wouldn’t be able to proceed with treatment right now as I’m trying to get pregnant and it is contraindicated, but I would 100% recommend him and would come back if needed in the future.
