I have a friend who has a medical condition and cannot leave her house. She has a Bernina that stopped working. Prior to the service, they explained the potential costs and I found that very helpful and considerate. Danner's came out to repair the Bernina on site, following all procedures to ensure their safety. They were very helpful and courteous. She raved about how wonderful the technician was.
