The staff is wonderful to work with and they will work with you! Classes are very good! You can't go wrong here! They know the capabilities of each machine! Multiple machines are used in class!
The staff is amazing! Everyone has been so helpful. I walked in close to closing tonight with a machine issue. Without a second thought I was taken care of immediately. They have been so knowledgeable and helpful. They have my business every time!

Prior to the service, they explained the potential costs and I found that very helpful and considerate. Danner's came out to repair the Bernina on site, following all procedures to ensure their safety. They were very helpful and courteous. She raved about how wonderful the technician was.
