The staff is amazing! Everyone has been so helpful. I walked in close to closing tonight with a machine issue. Without a second thought I was taken care of immediately. They have been so knowledgeable and helpful. They have my business every time!

The entire staff is phenomenal. Exceptional customer service. They genuinely care about the customer. Always a pleasure to visit and always a pleasure to do business with. As others indicate, once you interact with this store, you are truly a customer for life.

Family owned and great service. They stand behind what they sell. Recently bought a used machine. After a month it broke. They repaired it for free. Their fabric and notions have increased over the 15 years ive been shopping. Will find and get what you need

I have lived in many states and visited many fabric stores and sewing machine dealers. I have 7 sewing machines (all different brands) they have serviced 3 of them and will do the others as needed and all for a reasonable price. They ALWAYS go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. I recently bought a machine from them after many weeks of looking. I live out of state. I visited Danner's in the summer and spent a good bit of time with one of the staff members discussing the various machines and trying them out. Left with purchasing on that day. In March (just before the virus), I decided to make a purchase and drove back to PA. The staff was welcoming and had my information in their system. I have a friend who has a medical condition and cannot leave her house. She has a Bernina that stopped working. Prior to the service, they explained the potential costs and I found that very helpful and considerate. Danner's came out to repair the Bernina on site, following all procedures to ensure their safety. They were very helpful and courteous. She raved about how wonderful the technician was.
