I'd put zero stars if it was an option. Talked in person about all this stuff I can't do for awhile then gives me a pathetic doctors note just saying I can't drive for 5 more months. So on my chart asked her.to fill out my fmla papers and a better doctors note. She has to she me again. Granted she saw me the day prior. Like you need to make a few grand and have me hold your hand to fill out doctor papers pathetic
