Beware of this business. This is no hidden gem. I sent a failed mark levinson amp from a Lexus for repair. Terrible customer service on the phone. The woman doing the phone calls is very abrupt and rude. She must own the shop or be related enough to not care to be helpful. Over due for a throat punch, shes that rude. The returned and repaired Amp failed again, they essentially said they'll look at it again BUT I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING! I sent my 2014 Lexus IS350 headunit in for repair. As another review stated, Danmax has been mentioned in forums to have a fix for the Lexus restart loop of death. I live in Alberta and was able to pull my headunit out myself and ship it to Danmax. With the shipping there, the repair, and shipping back, it took 3 weeks total. My headunit is working again, and I would recommend Danmax for anyone looking for a fix for their Lexus headunit. I was quoted $3200, not including tax for a new headunit from Lexus.
