Working with Tony and Wendy and their crew is a dream~! They are responsive, polite, professional, and really care about your situation and how they can be of the best help to you. I cannot say enough good things about them! Kip is an absolute master of his craft and he has no equal when it comes to wrecking a structure. Jimmy is equally as talented at getting the job done in a timely and CLEAN fashion. They are sincerely nice people with whom you WANT to work!
Defranzo Demo handled my demo project smoothly and efficiently! They showed up when they said they would and finished as promised! Not only did they take the time to protect the property not being demo’d, they left the job site neat and clean! I would suggest you give them a call if you need anything taken down!

Another 5 star review here! They demolished an old mobile home that had seen better days and got rid of a bunch of junk that had been littering the yard for years. I am so impressed with how the area looks now. DeFranzo Demolition was an absolute pleasure to work with. Loved how quickly they responded to any questions I had.
