At first they were very polite and helpful. Once they worked with insurance they realized they could buy an "Excellent" car, if only it was totaled, for next to nothing. The repair estimate doubled and the insurance devalued the vehicle, to the total point. We went to pick it up for another estimate and it had been vandalized, parts in were removed and stolen were time and tools were required to remove.
