I hired Scott recently when taking my ex-husband back to court after our original divorce was butchered by my first attorney. I do not recommend using this firm for family court. The attorney I had wanted to fight me every step of the way, allowed the other parent to violate state law under Indiana Code 31-17-2.2-1 when they moved the child out of state without informing me or the courts, the attorney was also more worried about the ongoing record he had with the mediator, didn't file motions with courts after saying he was going to and called me disrespectful when confronted about it. WARNING TO ALL, STAY AWAY.
Josh was there when we felt so defeated and lost. He is so calm and confident you can’t help but relax a little after talking to him. He was able to get my husband’s wrongful arrest taken care of and charges dismissed. I hope we never need him again but I know exactly who I’m calling if I do.
