Had an outstanding experience with this firm. Kate was exceptional, answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. The rare times I had to leave a message, she always returned my call promptly. The attorney who handled the settlement was Curtis and yes he wants you to call him by his first name. He was very detailed and also answered our questions in regular language...not law talk. I highly recommend this firm for your needs and make sure you start with Kate as she'll make the entire process a piece of cake.
We just completed the absolute worst real estate transaction of my life with this firm as the settlement agent. Having been part of well over 100 real estate transactions during my career, I can say that I've never witnessed a firm so incompetent, irresponsible, and genuinely apathetic to any timelines or general success of the transaction. Very little attention to detail. Made frequent mistakes when drafting documents to sell our home. Misplaced thousands of dollars that we later had to track down ourselves. Michelle Neely will frequently hang up on you and is very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
