While I have a wonderful experience with the hygenists here, the office staff have continually messed up my personal information, even after mutliple calls and reminders to fix this. When I do call, the staff are often rude and abrasive, leaving me feel unheard. They have charged the wrong insurance leaving me with an unpaid balance they say I must pay before scheduling an appointment or before they will submit a claim to the correct insurance, as well as contacted and discussed my information with my parents despite me bein... read more
When the focus goes from patient care to money and the dentist is responsible for malpractice it’s time to leave. After more than ten years with this dentist I cannot not nor will I recommended their practice. Their processes and patient care are a failure!
