Fast work. Great people. Amazing job.
Communication with contractor was good at first. However, no one in the crew that was sent spoke English, so could not communicate with them. Multiple mess ups took place. After contacting the contractor, a few crew members were sent out to fix the issues. We were not aware of when they would be arriving for any of the visits. The last time a man in a white van with a different company name it showed up. He also did not speak English so was not able to ask him if he was with Danker. Had a new roof install in 2018. 30-year shingles. I've been up on the roof 3-5 times a year since installation fixing small blown off patches and ridge cap (all wind related). I never did call to have them come out (Danker warranty doesn't cover wind gusts over 50mph so never bothered calling for small stuff). All my neighbors laugh at how often I'm up on the roof as they are not having any problems with their older homes. Easily can notice while I'm fixing that the original nails are over-driven.
