Unresponsive after multiple attempts to fix the tax return, and to file taxes. Did not file as required with the state of NH, and did not respond to the letters they sent. Avoids all responsibility for weeks and months. We switched 3 years ago to another accountant and are still addressing issues with him to this day. Unbelievably terrible communication and service; lack of I should say. Do NOT hire.
Had a very good experience with this place, just dropped off my taxes briefly went over a few things and it was done in a few days and got my IRS check less than a week from when they did the taxes very good experience.
Unbelievable no response just a blank strare in the headlights. DO NOT USE!!! Terrible company!! after 25 years it fell apart!!

Completely unresponsive. After several attempts to reach him regarding our personal and business filings, his assistant told us that he had filed an extension without our consultation or consent . Save your money !Go elsewhere !
