Danine is great! She always listens to my concerns.
I've waited for years to write this but a family member (stubborn) stayed with this person for years and is actually worse than when he started. Lacks empathy. Patience. Knowledge. If by chance a person decides to leave for a 2nd opinion this "Mental Health Professional" responds by sending a patient release form that puts all the blame on the patient and indicates noncompliance (which is a joke). Thank goodness we got out when we did.
