I arrived 8 minutes late ( if you know Monroe, you know how the traffic flows downtown). Of course I left early because of the traffic, only to finally arrive to sit for about 15 mins then to be called up to be rescheduled for a month out. I am not habitually late. Also I don't like the hours available mid day evening hours only-when traffic is the worst. Danine is kind and helpful but the way this situation was handled left me very stressed and anxious.
