Booked for appointment in March and waited for the day and they lied never even booked it so okay I'll just book another appointment this time, so they booked it and I even written the date and time down so I know, so anyways that day comes a month and a half later and they lied to me wasted my time AGAIN never even booked my appointment, even they told me the exact date and time and I wrote it down. I can't even make an appointment as The reception seems like they never answer the phones and I cannot even make an appointment anymore. Nobody is willing to answer the phone and when i do go in it seems like everything is booked and the only appointment I can get through is by next month. Its so pathetic as a aboriginal person I've been to danilla dilba since youngin. Now they dont even seem to do they job. Now I have no choice but to go to top end clinice as my clinic since danilla dilba isn't a good service.
Hopeless phone service. There’s too much waiting and no waiting time strategy like a call back service or varied announcements. Just the same repeated message over and over is ANNOYING ..!!
