The Darwin Clinic's advertised Saturday hours were misleading; upon my visit, it was closed without notice. Attempts to contact reception were fruitless. A prerecorded message for closure notification is imperative. The lack of consideration for potential patients, especially the elderly, is evident. Urgent rectification of communication protocols is warranted.
No online booking and no one answering at reception?? It's very very dirty compared to typical health clinics. Bit sad that this is the standard of Indigenous healthcare.
