The worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Lady who answers the phone hangs up on ppl when you ask why the agents haven’t done their job. Did not yell or cuss, yet get treated liked COMPLETE garbage with this company even thought I already have one policy. Jacob Schenden is all but useless and cares about personal time more than customers. Awful. 100% AVOID IF YOU WANT ANYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER OR AN AGENT WHO CARES EVEN A SMIDGE. AWFUL
