Big ability in a small town.
I made an appointment with Danielson Auto to have my battery checked on a 2009 Prius. Was advised it would be a week until I receive service. When they called the day of, I stated the issue again and asked if they were familiar with that year of Prius. (Battery located in the back & car completely dead) They said yes & that someone would be out quickly to check the car. I stated that I would be home. No nonsense reliable service
I brought my car in after taking it to my regular mechanic repeatedly about a noise issue. After not getting help I called Danielson and you guys were so helpful! I felt helpless when I arrived. And come to find out I had things missing on my car and had no idea! Now I don't have to cancel my plans of seeing my mother for the first time in almost 3 years. Thank you so much for helping me and getting it fixed so fast. Best customer service around!
