I visited this clinic 4–5 times for massage and osteopathy, and the treatment itself was good. I was happy with the hands-on work. However, I had a disappointing experience with how a cancellation was handled. I had to cancel one appointment a few hours in advance because I was genuinely unwell. In response, he cancelled my future appointment as well, saying he was concerned I might cancel again. Louis gave me the best rmt I have gotten this whole year ! I was super tense and he literally saw the difference between the shoulder blade alignments and I really liked that we was attentive and observant to it. Thank you so much for making me feel better and can’t wait for more visits with Daniel !
I had open heart surgery back in October. Recovery wasnt going the greatest but ever since I've been going to Louis ..things are looking up and I'm feeling a lot more optimistic with the recovery....including nerve damage causing limited mobility He has been Wonderful 👏 ❤
