Terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone when I call. I pulled up to the shop and none of the employees even bothered to greet.
I called then needing some tires for my motorhome. Not only did they have them in stock, they were a great price, great date code on them aaaand they got me in that day! Now I originally posted only 3 stars as the installer left gauges and scrapes on my wheels. But hours after my post, I received a phone call from Dan, the district manager. He was calling to apologize. And wants to fix any damage that was caused. With that kind of customer care, it's hard for anyone not to recommended Daniel's Tires!
Great service in Indio, CA, putting all new rubber on my Motorhome!
Horrible service went in to get my tire patched, it's 3:00 and they close at 5. The guy at the front desk tells me he can't get to it today cause they only have one tire machine, there's one car they're already working on and they close at 5:00. There were plenty of guys to help me out and he said come back tomorrow 🤦♂️
