Awesome job guys
Went over to the location on Country Club Drive on Saturday 8/9 hoping I'll be second or 3rd in line 30 minutes before they opening time. Was I shock? There were like about 15 vehicles waiting already. As I pull in the lot, a man was walking towards the shop wearing their uniform so, I said "Good morning, where does the line start to get service?" Andres is amazing. They really are there to help you and get back on the road again safely. Prices are reasonable and quick service. They will be our main go to for service for our cars.
Terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone when I call. I pulled up to the shop and none of the employees even bothered to greet.
I called then needing some tires for my motorhome. Not only did they have them in stock, they were a great price, great date code on them aaaand they got me in that day! Now I originally posted only 3 stars as the installer left gauges and scrapes on my wheels. But hours after my post, I received a phone call from Dan, the district manager. He was calling to apologize. And wants to fix any damage that was caused. With that kind of customer care, it's hard for anyone not to recommended Daniel's Tires!
