This place is great. Fast and professional. Will definitely get tires from here again.
I’ve been on hold looking for an update for the last 31 minutes and counting. The person who answered the phone put me on immediate hold for a good 7-8 minutes and then when they finally got back on the line they told me to call back in an hour because they didn’t want to call the tech who did the service call to get an update and finally put me back on hold to try to call the driver. The hold speech says assistance is just a moment away…they for sure need to delete that part.
They got me straight in with excellent customer service and I was out within 45 minutes with 2 18wheeler trailer tires
