Contacted them for a cleaning and they told me that someone else would contacted me back. Few days went by and no one had contacted me so I call them again only to be told that again that someone else will contact me regarding it. No one ever contacted me. Do not do business with them. Worst customer service ever. End up taking my business somewhere else.

Less than a week ago our home septic system backed up. We have used Ace septic for years to pump our system, but this time we were desperate for help.While taking a shower the "black malodorous" water suddenly came up to my husband's ankles, toilets wouldn't flush, bathtub backed up, and water dripping heavily through our basement ceiling.
