Beautiful venue, not so delightful staff. The mandatory wedding coordinator was present, but only phyiscally. Her husband was lurking around (not just during set up, but the whole night!) and there were "assistants" walking around in regular clothes/jeans/sneakers-did not give a professional look or feel. Of course they kept the deposit, too...not quite sure why, either. Nothing from the contract was broken. I would recommend this venue for pictures only, not to coordinate with the owners.
