They messed up winterizing the pipes in my cabin and now I can't turn my water on. Their phone is not working and they have not returned my email. Not happy.
Working for them, I had amounts on checks that didn't match the paystubs. I had many hours missing from paystubs. And a W2 that said I made 10k less in 2023 than what the stubs totaled, with the deductions also being off by thousands. Multiple checks from December & January still unpaid, & I'm not even top 5 on a list of employees who are owed money.
Not the same company it used to be. They can't pay their payroll on time or pay suppliers on time. 0/10 would not recommend. They still want to charge daniels rates for slower lower quality service.
Had Daniels replace/relocate water heater and install new water tank/pump at our cabin. Great communication and support from Jeremy and his team. Few bumps w/ delivery and startup not related to Daniels but they were able and willing to work through the challenges. Great work!
