I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests regarding my kitchen sink being clogged and a leaking faucet. This was the third service visit, and I want to express my appreciation to Rich and Kevin for finally resolving the issue. They demonstrated great professionalism and worked diligently to ensure everything was functioning properly before they left. I truly appreciate their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right.

Rich came out to take care of some issues with my toilet! I showed him a couple of other things needed, in his opinion, while he was here. I took pictures to show as proof for the management company. I’m truly grateful because I don’t like to complain unless service is really needed! Thank you, Rich for taking the time to service my requests.

I had a great experience with Rich from Daniels Plumbing! He was incredibly fast, extremely professional, and handled everything with the utmost courtesy. Not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but he also made sure I fully understood what he was doing and left everything neat and tidy. Highly recommend! and would use again.
