Signed up with them and the agent got us insurance. They did not do their do diligence in finding a company that would cover our operations. So after a month the insurance was canceled because our operation was out of scope. Fallowed up with them several times after to get new quotes and they would never respond.
There customer service is awesome and promptly I had so many questions about insurance and they answer each question and helped me out so much totally recommend their services
