He made promises to do work repeatedly but never showed. He took an advance payment and signed contract and is now completely unresponsive. Do not trust him.
I want to verify that this review pertains to Daniel Painter and his company - Daniel's Landscape. I'd give a MINUS 100 star RATING if it was possible. Daniel Painter is a thief. Takes advance 'payment' and doesn't return to complete work the next day as committed. Never did complete job. Many texts send promises - and lies. He Finally agreed to return the $600 advance payment for his 'next day crew return' and 5+ months later - still waiting. Never seen again. Excuses excuses excuses. Dan and his team did a great job on my yard. He’s got an eye for design & put it all together for me on a tight budget. Definitely would hire him again.
I have a very small backyard and hired Daniel back in June of 2021. The only time he was ever proactive in communication was when he wanted payment. Once paid in full we never heard from him again unless I texted for him to complete the job that was paid for. It is now Jan 2022 and I am still texting asking for a job to be completed. Horrible. Never completed the work at my home, but did take my money. Very poor customer service. Unreliable and dishonest.
