I came in to buy a 14k gold ID BRACELET on Wednesday June 19,2024 my sales person was Perla , when I was paying for it I noticed there was a small metal piece next to the ID plate that was sticking out , I took a picture of it and she assured me she would ask their jewler to look into and it give me a call back about it , I also sent the bracelet to be engraved with my sons’ name on it when I asked how much it would be she said $75 for a five letter name and she was going to give me a call to confirm BEFORE engraving to give... read more
