Judith is rude & the worst. I walked out & went to Zales instead.
The service here was great. Thanks to the help of two girls Maggie and Jenny I was able to get the two items I wanted. I have came in the past but this visit was a confirmation that I found my new jewelry store. Thank you girls
Daniels Jewelers at Ingram Park Mall, was the best experience I had ever had at any jewelry store! Judith, Amanda & the District Manager, Lorena were so kind, so patient with me as I am very indecisive, they worked so hard to assist my every need! They explained everything to me from the start A-Z as in most places, you don’t get this kind of detail and explanation. I will be a forever customer. I appreciate you all!!
Edit to add: The company did reach out and apologized for the whole interaction. They assured that trainings will be done across the stores to ensure they know how warranty works. They will also be removing the warranty from my balance. Not many companies would even bother to try and correct the issue but they did. You can tell they truly Do take to heart how their business is handled and ran. Because of this I upped the stars. The staff is nice but they don't tell you everything up front. Today I went to take my oldest to pick out her graduation ring. Everything was great til the guy quoted me one amount, runs my card advising i need to leave X amount and then AFTER I am told a price and my card ran AFTER I get a lady giving me a paper I need to sign adding $200 for Warranty saying I have to purchase it which makes no sense because it's Warranty. My daughter was standing right there and was too excited. So we left. But don't go here, they're shady... read more
