My name is Hung Mai. I am a loyal customer with Daniel’s. I’ve thought atleast six rings two watches and a couple of accessories. I was browsing to see what sales we had. A lady of name of Roxanne approached me. She was extremely nice. I was looking through items. A man of the name of Alan approached me and told me if I am not buying anything, I need to leave. Horrible customer service, was not greeted and Crystal tried to belittle me and not give me back my refund. For a shady job of cleaning and repairing my jewely. I love jewelry and I know when my jewelry is not up to par. My jewelry started falling apart after a few days. Im waiting on my refund now after days of review. I will keep you posted!!!! This review was done for my Grandmother. How dare they treat an 81 year old like that!.. Smh... it took her son to read the fine print.

The merchants put in a lot of effort in helping me and my husband with paying the way we needed. They took into account that we are military. Very kind and helpful!
