What a great experience. Reesie and Shawn are the best. They were able to not only help me get approved but get the ring I initially came for. The customer service and jokes never stopped. Thank you guys I’m giving it to the wife today

Even though I was disappointed I am a charge card member and I was sent a flyer saying I was approved for 210.00 without a down payment , I went in there for that reason but the finance department stated I couldn’t . I would like to give 5 stars to the three ladies working today they were kind , and very helpful ! I did end up getting the two necklaces I wanted .

They wanted nearly a thousand dollars and two weeks for a ring repair. A store just around the corner did it for under two hundred and in two days. Pretty scummy when these people treat you like a dummy.

Yesterday I came in to look for a ring and watch and while I was getting helped by one of the employees she was very nice and gave us a great deal. But she ran into something she didn’t know how to do So she asked for assistance from the female manager and the reply was “No” which was very rude. She ended up figuring it out and apologized for the wait but what I saw was very unprofessional.
