They wanted nearly a thousand dollars and two weeks for a ring repair. A store just around the corner did it for under two hundred and in two days. Pretty scummy when these people treat you like a dummy.
Yesterday I came in to look for a ring and watch and while I was getting helped by one of the employees she was very nice and gave us a great deal. But she ran into something she didn’t know how to do So she asked for assistance from the female manager and the reply was “No” which was very rude. She ended up figuring it out and apologized for the wait but what I saw was very unprofessional.
Edit: the owner never reached back out to me after emailing them my info and the issue with said store. Only replied to my initial review to make it look like the company had the customer in its best interest… clearly was just smoke and mirrors to make the company look better when people try googling it… my first statement still stands, bad business, terrible business, probably the worst. They Did 2 hard pulls on my credit without my knowledge then when they started saying how good my credit was I asked how they knew and they then lied saying they did a soft pull on my credit. I paid in full, my credit should NOT have been pulled. On top of that my “excellent” score dropped 13 points thanks to pulling my credit without my knowledge. Bad business.
They were very professional.
