They scammed my wife into "buying" a crappy 1mm floor model 10 k "gold" necklace by begging her to come in to their Visalia store for a "free" gift while she was on a break from working at the mall. They held her I'd and then rushed her into a confusing situation (she is autistic/disability btw and trusts anyone) and then the sales woman lied to her when she asked for a cheap sterling silver necklace, and the put in a 10k gold necklace that she never wanted.my wife asked for the price and the saleswoman instead rang it up an... read more
I felt like wasn't able to leave without a purchase they were more focused on how much on I had to spend not on explaining to me I didn't even know when my bill was due I would give no stars if possible
