I am actually giving this location zero stars. This location has caused my fiancé and I so much stress and frustration. When my fiancé purchased my engagement ring back in January, 2025, he was told the resizing would be free. However, when we went in this week on Monday to get it resized, they told us they were going to have to charge us because I need to go down a size and a half. Never go here this place sells $1200 sterling silver overlay necklaces that need to be redipped after it turns black. And you better buy the service plan it will cost you $160 if you don’t throw that advertisement they send out away the small print SSTL is sterling silver overlay but they don’t tell you that.my moms neck turned black from the silver overlay rust.
