I applied for one of their credit cards and they said no one gets turned down. After being snubbed and scammed by so many others for so long, I was like "yeah, sure you don't!" I'm very dissatisfied with this corporate office. I called to speak to a representative over an issue with my wife's tennis bracelet. I spoke to someone named Grace who was of no help at all, very rude and unprofessional. My wife and I both spoke with her to no avail so we asked to speak to her superior and she kept saying no, finally she passed the phone to another lady and that lady hung up in our face.
