Marcela and Ramiro gave the most wonderful Customer Service. I went in to get the Battery for my Watch Replaced and ended up shopping 🤭 I absolutely LOVE how wonderful their Attention to Detail, Suggestions and informing me about their sale items. They assisted me with getting my Mentor a Gift for her 70th Big Birthday. My Camera isn't the best but let me tell you this set is beyond Gorgeous and ✨Sparkles ✨ I look forward to coming back to this location and shopping again! Hablan espaol son bilinge 🤗❤❤❤

I appreciate the hard work and patience from the staff. The store is lucky to have them and I'm always qualified for something.
Lady at this place lied and said I would pay 2200 for a bracelet I bought, come to find out I had to pay 4000$ Through another company which doesn't make since because If I would have known I wouldn't have bought it. I Have the receipt at home and will add picture later. Definitely won't be buying jewelry here again and wouldn't recommend.
Bought a 14 k gold bracelet for 800 dollars and it was plated!! I feel robbed lied to and cheated they also ran more than one inquiry on my credit score and have impacted my score very bad .. be careful when you go to the Chula Vista place.
