staff was unwelcoming and was giving me dirty looks. I felt uncomfortable, when I tried asking about a few pieces I was interested in an older man with a mustache was at the counter, he ignored my husband and I. The middle aged woman who was working there, came to speak to us and had an unpleasant attitude. At other locations I have been attended so amazing, but this location was not it. Piss poor customer service and I am displeased to say I am so disappointed.

Thank you team Daniel's montebello for helping me choose this amazing looking wedding ring. They understood my needs and wants. Great customer service friendly staff explained everything to me about my purchase. They also clean my ring as well. Will come back for sure and purchase more. From them as well. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs good selection and nice looking pieces.
The staff are nice, however, I bought my wedding rings here and had them engraved, it was supposed to take a couple of days but turned out into a full week only after constantly calling them if they were ready. Once they were ready we got them and i was happy to have them; however once outside i noticed that the rings had not even been cleaned. They still had the residue that the price tag leaves.
