Best service every time my son walks in to buy his jewelry. Doesn’t feel judge at all. He always looks for Nereida she’s amazing. Sohayda is amazing as well. They both help my son and have patience for him taking his time looking for what he needs. Thank you ladies. Definitely going back.
Wow words can’t express how I feel about this branch in montebello I’m so grateful to the staff and Evelyn for helping me fix my husband’s wedding band. I really thought I wasn’t going to have it fixed didn’t know what to do after reaching the main office I decided to walk in to this branch right away I spoke to Evelyn and she listen to what I had gone through in another Location of them. Customer service is back! I stopped by to look at a ring for my wife. I seen one online and checked to see if they carried it in stock, unfortunately they didn't. But instead of attemping to upsell me something else, Nery, went above and beyond. She not only tracked down a stock location of that particular ring, she also went out of her way to pick it up and have it ready for me the next day. staff was unwelcoming and was giving me dirty looks. I felt uncomfortable, when I tried asking about a few pieces I was interested in an older man with a mustache was at the counter, he ignored my husband and I. The middle aged woman who was working there, came to speak to us and had an unpleasant attitude. At other locations I have been attended so amazing, but this location was not it. Piss poor customer service and I am displeased to say I am so disappointed.
