I brought a ring from here and I asked them what happen if the ring become loose and she told me that I can come back anytime to exchange it. Went back 8 months later to exchange for a smaller size and they told me its only valid for 30 days or I can upgrade for another one that’s double the value. Never gonna shop there ever again.

So me and my twin wanted to get piercings, but half of the stores in great mall had pretty terrible reviews and it was going to be our first piercing, both of us were already really worried and nervous. I went to great mall before the date we decided to get pierced to just check out all of the stores. I walked into this one to ask about the piercings and the sales lady Imma, she showed me everything and explained how to care for the piercings. I purchased a ring from here less than a month and I paid 500$ and it was really scratched up. It was white gold and they said it wouldn't scratch as easy but for the time I had it it wasn't even shiny anymore. Don't buy from here they lie to you
