Total ripoff, I purchased an item that I was not sure would fit my wife, I specifically asked what my return window was, and was told 30 days. The item did not fit, and the hinge was damaged, I went to return the item, but the receipt says non refundable final sale, so you bait and switch like that? Tell the customer one thing then screw them over after money changes hands. Horrible business practice, even wirse ethics, avoid at all costs.

My fiancé purchased from this Daniel’s a few months back and the initial experience was good. The lady was pleasant and helpful to him. But once a purchase was made, her demeanor changed and we became nothing but a mere number. We went back to get the rings sized properly and we did not get her full attention, it felt very rushed when I was figuring out my size. I would not recommend! The young lady sold me a bracelet and then tried to switch it while boxing the gift. She became irritated because I wouldn’t let her clean it. I would not allow her to take the bracelet to clean! Please keep your purchase in sight Really bad business for the holidays. Lastly there is diamonds missing.
