I went in the other day and I just wanted to give a shout out to Perla! She was so kind, patient, and genuine. We loved her customer service and the way she made us feel. We gave her an idea of what we wanted, and she directed us to exactly what we needed and had us in and out in no time. Thank you so much Perla for being so amazing.
I almost forgot! Around Valentine's Day, one of your employees was very professional and warm spirited. She made it compelling for me to purchase a Tennis Bracelet... Her name is Daniella, I believe. She works in the Cerritos Mall location. I remember the whole staff. Everyone was kind. Godfrey, Princessa, y'all were the bomb also. Blessing to all of you!
I’ve been shopping around for a white gold necklace. This was my 4th jewelry shop I went to so I am able to compare customer service. The older women at the counter I approached was not very friendly. I asked her for a card with the necklace info and she said take a picture. Kay’s, Jared and Kevin’s jewelry much more friendlier and they gave me a card with the info. Daniel’s did not feel very welcoming.

He was patient, attentive, and took the time to assist me with a return order, as well as helping me find an even better gift for myself.
