Cynthia was great I had watch for 30 yrs and got it cleaned it looks brand new She put a smile on my face I was so excited thank u soooo much
A year ago, my wife and I purchased our wedding rings set with them we were so happy with the customer service experience. However, on our last payment it did not get posted on our last day we had to pay it off and was sent to collections were our credit was affected for this not been taken care of, seriously this was frustrating as we never had an issue with payments. We were thinking of getting more jewelry from them, but with what happened, we will not do it again or recommend them...
