Went in and was being charged 120 for a single ring cleaning when I could’ve sworn they used to be free. Called on the phone about a week before I went in and they mentioned they would be able to fix the jewelry I bought from them 6 months ago free of charge because it bent on me. I go on in and nope the lady says it needs to be covered under warranty so I would get charged. In total for all of my jewelry to be fixed and 2 rings to be cleaned came out to about 500+ .
