This store is so horrible to shop at, no bodys knows what they are doing, prices aren't what they say it is, they tell you a price, then you go pay and its triple then what they told you. Never going to shop here again total BS...
Anastasia was excellent when we purchased my fiance wedding/engagement ring. However Dora the store manger kept stepping in and changing stuff. For example we were given the option to ship the ring locally to a jewelry store called "Teds" which would take up to a week at most. Dora wanted it shipped to the corporate store in California. We were then told it would take up to 4-5 weeks at most. The ring was bought on July 18th, 2024 and the ring wasn't sent out till July 23rd. Have had a terrible experience purchasing two rings from this store.. it’s been months and I still don’t have one of my rings being sized for almost 2 months. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
