Have shopped here multiple times for earrings, necklaces, even my engagement ring. Hoop diamond earrings have come loose and fallen out and had to be adjusted so that didn’t happen multiple times. A diamond cross pendant had to have the diamond replaced because the prongs didn’t hold it in and it has fallen out again!! Do not recommend you buy here the quality is just not there.
Store has the best deals, Store manager is best in the business and all associates are all welcoming and helpful.
Steve was absolutely amazing at making sure I leave with exactly what I came in for! I came in and told him exactly what I was looking for and he even went to the extent of ordering something from another store so that I got exactly what I wanted instead of settling or not being able to get what I needed. Everyone there has great customer service and I'm happy to have made Daniel's my choice of jeweler!
Amazing experience at Daniels! Professional, friendly, and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them. Marissa went above and beyond for us.
Went to buy last minute gift. Was around 8pm. Asked for a certain style of pendant. The young lady that helped me seemed bothered. Customer service very lacking.
