Customer service was extremely bad no one asked if I needed help I was standing around for a long time before I took a seat and politely waited to be asked if I needed assistance but no one ever approached me because of the color of my skin but that’s ok I will not be supporting this business now or ever

Took some broken jewelry to be repaired & cleaned. When I went to pick it up the employee “Cindy” slammed my 10K+ (2 pieces) onto the glass counter with my bracelet all twisted up. She didn’t care when I asked her if this is how she treated all expensive jewelry. I reported her to the manager, Mary, come to find out, Cindy wasn’t even following procedure and didn’t have me sign the jewelry pick up log. Not surprised! Great Customer service at store, wasn't expecting much but I ended up going home with some incredible items, and great deals. Especially after Sharon and Renae assisted me with my purchase. These 5 stars are for the both of them. They were very kind and showed a very Loving spirit within the team. They definitely made it easy to choose my items.

Horrible customer service, and very low quality jewelry wouldn’t recommend anybody to buy anything from there.
