One year update on my ring. No issues. I have always loved my ring and have received many compliments on it. I would recommend Daniels to anyone honestly. I am glad that I chose them as my jeweler to upgrade from my previous ring. I plan to make more purchases from them.
I came for a birthday gift and was warmly greeted by everyone there and then genuinely assisted with care. They all wanted me to get something nice within my price range and I appreciated everyone’s help. It was such a happy store to be in and I would recommend anyone who is looking for jewelry/watches to go right there and get their gift/item as you’re working with such amazing people who have your best interest at heart.
Don’t ever shop at Daniel jewelry’s any location If you do make sure they explain the gold to you if it’s real or not come to find out I Bought my daughter’s bangle bracelet from there spent about around almost $200 find out the bracelet is gold filled and it’s not actual 10 karat gold very disappointed in the jewelry and the person that sold it to me. I wasn’t sure at first what to expect whenever I first attempted to purchase an engagement ring. Lita, Bianca and the district manager Lorena literally provided me with the best customer service experience of a lifetime! Friendly, honest, professional, helpful, communicative, friendship, you name it! I’m still blown away by how beautiful the ring is. The three of them made my proposal a reality.
