This location specifically sucks, ive purchased from other locations and I had good experiences. I bought a watch at this location and they "didnt have the tools" to take a link out for a resize, they recommended another jeweler to resize the watch they sold me. Everything is overpriced. I bought a similar solid gold rope chain from a competitor at half the price they tried to sell it to me for. Do your research and shop around there is better quality for better prices. At the very least go to a different Daniels.
Nice jewelry
I BOUGHT A CHAIN WITH A DIMAOND PENDANT. THE CHAIN HAS BROKEN 5 TIMES. THEY WIL NOT REPLACE IT OR LET YOU KNOW THAT YOUR WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. JUST HORRIBLE .. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Be careful when you buy wedding rings. They offer 1 free resize credit BUT needs to be done at the time of purchase. I guess we need to propose at the actual store to resize. Ridiculous.
