Came in today to get my wife and Partner anniversary gift for 08 22 2021 in which is my birthday. I didn't have to much to spend but thanks to Jazmin, Valeria Cruz and Mike G I was able to walk out due to there great customer service and coupons with a beautiful Partner anniversary gift and my dauther a birthday gift for a really affordable price. Awful service!!! My family, and I have been coming here for years, but apparently the quality has gone way down. I brought two antique watches in for a strap exchange. It should’ve been very simple, but all I got was nasty comments from the Manager that my watches are OLD. Then I got major push back when I let them know that they damaged one of the straps. I was not even upset. I asked the Jeweler to add some leather strap glue, but they were nasty again when I made this request. I will never return to this place. They have ... read more
I don’t recommend they get you on the sale of buy one get one free but then they sell you insurance for about 300 that comes with deal and insurance only cover stolen !! But then I said item stolen and it won’t cover !! I called another store and said item got stolen they said it don’t cover stolen !! Two stores two different stories all for them not to cover they didn’t even get my name or anything bad company
