Very disappointing experience at Daniel’s Jewelry. I came in with my friend to look at engagement rings and made a lighthearted comment to the employee. Instead of simply helping us, she responded with a very snarky and judgmental remark about relationships and marriage, then walked away and refused to help us. I found the interaction extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I’ll definitely be contacting corporate about this experience.
Great service and assistance with anything
I went to another Daniel’s Jewelers and they didn’t want to honor a gift card they gave me, so I came to this store in Carson and Val was able to help me and accept the coupon without question and was super nice throughout the whole process. They were very helpful and would definitely recommend!
