The worse customer service. Very unprofessional.
My partner bought diamond earrings from this store and was told the diamonds he was buying were natural. I looked at the receipt and it says lab diamonds. He also paid half in cash and half with card, but the final receipt only listed the card amount.
We went in to get my wife's ring looked at because one of the stones had fallen off. They were so helpful and very friendly. They understood what that ring means to my wife so they made no hesitation to get it fixed. I had purchased a necklace from them before and they offered to clean it for me, leaving it nice and shiny like new.The vibe in that store made us feel very welcomed and appreciated.
