Great friendly staff. They try to satisfy any needs you may have like custom pieces or specific jewelery. They have great deals from time to time. Watch out for that "registry fee"" it'll put a hole in your pocket. I've bought 2 pendants, 2 chains, 1 watch, 1 bracelet and 1 pair of earrings. Free cleaning if you've purchased registry for your jewelery. Cleaning is done in store or by jewelery that has jewelery sent to them off site. I had a bad experience at first but then Crystal the manager recovered amazingly . She went above and beyond and not only solved my ring issues but did it with class, empathy, and professionalism. Would definitely come here again just for her .
