getting robbed blind – daniels jewlers is the most horrific place to buy any kind of jewlery. i am a cpl in the united states marine corps and went shopping for wedding rings for me and my wife. daniels jewlers had a special for active duty marines, stating there is no intrest on any purchase. i was approved for $900 and left a $180 deposit which brought my total balance to $720 now at $90 a month and a finance charge of $8 it would take 8 months. so 6 months in i decided to see what my remaining balance was. come to find ou... read more

DIRTY AND INFECTED – I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I HOPE NO ONE EVER GOES THRU WHAT THEY PUT ME THRU!!! I BOUGHT MY BOYFRIEND A DIAMOND WEDDING BAND FROM THEM AND IT MADE HIS FINGER INFECTED. THERE WAS A ROW OF PUSS BUBBLES WHERE THE DIAMONDS WERE. THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND UN SANITARY. TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY SAY ITS BEEN TO LONG TO DO ANYTHING. SO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT HERE WE GO!

Very Poor Customer Service and Poor Quality – Prior to getting engaged there was a ring at this store that I just had to have and I couldn't find another one exactly like it any where else. So my husband bought it and within less than a year, one of the top four main diamonds cracked in it's setting. We bought a warranty but they refused to fix it saying that another jeweler caused the damage, which is 100% not true. Dont wast your money on purchasing disability inc. – Husbabd became disabled , notified main store. It took 3 weeks to receive the papers form the insurance company that Daniels's choose to use, so that put us a month back. They keep tacking on late fees of 10.00. even after I have talked to 10 people. They want us to pay the payment that is due form the insurance co. but then that would pay the account off, and then the insurane company will send them a check that puts a 100.00 credit on there book for us. Don't waste your money – This jewelery place has glitzy jewelery that just looks cheap! And I bought a very nice ring there once but the stone fell off! I have gone three times to get if fixed and it still comes off! Good thing they have the warranty thing but how many times do I have to go in...now I don't even wear the ring because I'm afraid the stone will come off and I won't be able to find it!
