I saw them after getting on Medicaid and not only were they great helping me understand what I needed to do with that, but also they are just so kind, helpful, efficient, and attentive to my needs. Was just taken care of by Annette for back pain. The whole team at Daniel’s family medicine were excellent. Short wait time and very thorough and comprehensive exam and treatment plan by Annette Tufts. A wonderful resource to have in Rexburg!
Initially, I had a very positive impression of this clinic and felt heard and supported. However, my final visit with Annette raised serious concerns. She explicitly advised me to abruptly stop taking a steroid medication that I had been on long-term. I was unaware at the time that this medication cannot be safely discontinued without a tapering process. As a result, I became severely ill. Saw Dr Daniels yesterday and had a follow up visit with Annette FNP-C today. This office is so professional and thorough. Just wanted to drop a note and say how much we appreciate them.
My family rarely goes to the doctor, in fact I can't remember the last time anyone needed to see a doctor for illness or otherwise....until this week. This week Annette had not only taken care of my 16 year old with bronchitis, she has dealt with the unexpected craziness of my 10 year old breaking his arm at school. We have been in the office every day this week for one child or the other, and everyone is always super patient, fast, and efficient while dealing with the issue.
