Initially, I had a very positive impression of this clinic and felt heard and supported. However, my final visit with Annette raised serious concerns. She explicitly advised me to abruptly stop taking a steroid medication that I had been on long-term. Saw Dr Daniels yesterday and had a follow up visit with Annette FNP-C today. This office is so professional and thorough. Just wanted to drop a note and say how much we appreciate them.
My husband was a healthy 26 year old two years ago. He had been seeing Doctor Daniel's regularly for about a year for high blood pressure. He had his blood taken multiple times throughout his visits and was never told anything except, "your blood pressure is high take beta blockers" He urinated some brown flecks of blood while in Boise so went to the urgent care thinking he had a kidney infection. My family rarely goes to the doctor, in fact I can't remember the last time anyone needed to see a doctor for illness or otherwise....until this week. This week Annette had not only taken care of my 16 year old with bronchitis, she has dealt with the unexpected craziness of my 10 year old breaking his arm at school. We have been in the office every day this week for one child or the other, and everyone is always super patient, fast, and efficient while dealing with the issue. I am so happy that Daniels Family Medicine is so close to where I live. And I can an appointment within a couple of days. Before I was having to travel to Idaho Falls and having to wait for months to be seen. This is just so much easier. And the staff is always so happy and helpful.
