I drive an M340i and as I was running some errands today I got a notification that the oil in my car was low, so I pulled up to this shop where without and appointment nor having to wait around for service advisors who are trying to sell you tires (BMW Buena Park) I was greeted by Gerardo, who later I found out is the owner and main mechanic at the shop, he pulled the car in, showed me how to check the oil levels on the computer, did some research about my car and type of oil needed, and while I waited he had one of his othe... read more
Gerardo did an amazing job working on my Porsche cayenne last month. Great communication and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.
Horrible service do not recommend.
Gerardo knows what he's doing and is fast.
