I recently had my teeth cleaned, two fillings, and a crown installed by Dr. Daniels. The cleaning was incomplete. I was overcharged for a partially duplicated complete set of xrays. I received a refund, presumably for the duplicates, per my request. A temporary crown, installed by a tech in his Eureka office, fell off. Reinstalled by a tech in Whitefish office. It stayed put.
